Helping to reduce and manage employment-related claims is one of the most important services we offer our members. We take it seriously and have expanded and adapted our program in recent years to reflect best practices and offer more resources. CIS’ Employment Risk Services (the ERS Group) is here to help—from preventive advice and training to concrete guidance in the moment.
